Turning Emotion Into Effective Marketing
Aubrie Holman is Manticore’s Creative Photographer. Her job? Get the kind of photos that hit you in the gut. Real expressions. Honest energy. No fake smiles. Her teammates say she somehow makes chaos look beautiful, which tracks for someone juggling cameras, personalities, and a cold Mt. Dew. She’s joyful, driven, and damn particular about what ends up in the frame. She knows when to take charge, when to back off, and when to let a moment happen. The result? Photos that look like you on your best day, not some stranger pretending to be you.

In my own words

“Laughter and a treat can get you through almost anything.”

— Aubrie
Nobody loves making that stiff, weird camera face. I get it. That’s why I’m usually cracking a joke, handing out a treat, or doing whatever gets you to loosen up. I love watching that switch flip. Suddenly, you’re just you. Beautiful, capable, full of life. Getting someone to see what I see in them? That’s why I keep picking up the camera.

Oh hi!

I’m Aubrie

Fueled by Art, Adventure & a Cold Soda

Give me a suitcase, a new city, and a playlist with zero skips. I’ll find the local food spots and spend way too long people-watching. When I’m home, it’s camping with my husband and kiddo. Different scenery, same goal: slow down and soak it in.

I ♡ Reality TV, Mt. Dew, & People

Survivor or The Bachelor is almost always playing while I edit galleries. Yes, I’m invested. Yes, I have opinions. And yes, I’m probably the loudest one cheering when somebody goes for it. Doesn’t matter if they’re on TV or standing right next to me.
Grace Meets Grit

I spent years as a professional ballet dancer. That'll teach you precision real quick. Every step has to land, and your body has to say something without opening your mouth. I still carry that discipline with me. These days, I also direct a local ballet program, helping young dancers find their footing, push past the hard parts, and own the stage.

Brand Storytelling

Before Words, There's Feeling.
I capture the expressions, energy, and little details that make your brand feel like yours before anyone reads the caption.
02

Creative Direction

Chaos, Meet Your Match.
I run the set from concept to final edit. Lifestyle shoots, headshots, full campaigns. Every moving part is my problem.

Purposeful Brand Imagery

Looks Good. Works Hard.
I shoot with the destination in mind. Website banners, paid ads, social posts. Each frame gets a specific assignment.

How I work

Always Chasing

Good Light
I’m picky about the details. Where the light lands. What your hands are doing. The split second before a real laugh. I’ll adjust a collar, move a chair, or wait another minute for the right expression. I don’t rush a shot just to check a box. Ballet taught me poise. Motherhood taught me patience. Photography taught me perspective. I bring all three to the set. I want you comfortable enough to forget you’re being photographed and confident enough to own the result. If you want to create something timeless (and have fun doing it), I’m your girl.
SMALL TEAM. BIG WINS.

THE CREW I RUN WITH

You don’t talk to a rep. You talk to the person doing the work.

Running a small business isn’t easy.

It’s long days, real risk, and betting on yourself when nothing’s guaranteed.

Justin and Peyton didn’t set out with some perfect roadmap for Off the Rails—they just kept showing up, figuring it out, and building something people now come back to week after week.

That’s what we love about the clients we get to work with. Just people doing the work and growing something real.

Off the Rails is now a full experience—beer, food, and a place people actually want to hang out.

If you’re in Pocatello—skip the chains. Go be a part of something local.

And P.S.… if you go, get the peanut butter stout. Trust us on that one. 🥜🍺

A line wrapped around the building before they were even officially open.

That’s when Sidney knew the vision was working.

We sat down with Sidney Davis, co-owner of Extreme Rush, to talk about what it took to bring one of Pocatello’s most unique attractions to life.

Like a lot of small business owners, there were plenty of moments where the question was, “Is this actually going to work?”

Finding the right building. Working through financing. Taking a big risk on a big idea.

But they kept pushing.

Now, Extreme Rush is bringing indoor go-karting, laser tag, arcade games, and family fun to East Idaho—and creating the kind of place where people can make memories together.

One thing that stood out from our conversation was how much this project was built for the community. Born and raised in Pocatello, Sidney, Jason, and their team wanted to bring something here that would “wow” people and put Pocatello on the map.

And judging by the turnout, Pocatello was ready for it. 🏎️✨

Come share the experience and make some memories. ❤️

Beixy’s Kitchen started with a husband who wanted free empanadas 24/7… and two weeks later, there was a food truck in the driveway. 😂

But behind the humor is a real small-business story about planning, risk, community support, and figuring things out as you go.

Beixy says passion alone isn’t enough—you have to understand the numbers, know the risk, and be willing to learn from the right people. Along the way, other local businesses helped open doors too, including Deidra at @idahocoffeecompany , who gave them a place to start before the truck was even ready.

Then local artist Mark Daniels (@creativechameleonmd ) helped turn that truck into something bigger than a place to grab food. Its colors represent Venezuela, while the Pocatello flag represents Beixy’s other home.

At the end of the day, that’s what Beixy’s Kitchen is really about: making people feel welcome, sharing her culture through food, and creating a little sense of home wherever the truck goes. 🥹❤️

And yes… apparently being recognized as “the empanada lady” in Costco comes with the territory. 😄

If you haven’t tried Beixy’s Kitchen yet, consider this your sign to go fix that. Seriously. Her empanadas are straight up what dreams are made of.
