Mersad Rezaei

he is Manticore
He’s the one who built this agency from the ground up with nothing but obsession, grit, and a deep hatred for marketing BS. If your business has a growth problem, Mersad’s the guy who’ll find it, fix it, and make sure you understand exactly what’s happening (whether you like the answer or not). He leads every strategy we launch, challenges every assumption, and pushes every client to step up — because he’s not here to be liked. He’s here to get results that can’t be ignored. If you’ve ever felt like marketing doesn’t make sense, talk to Mersad once. It will.
In my own words

“Marketing isn’t magic. It’s work, strategy, and not being an idiot.”

— Mersad
I don’t do marketing to “get engagement” or chase vanity. I do it to move the damn needle. I built Manticore because I saw too many business owners paying top dollar for digital air. That ends here. If you’re ready to stop guessing and start growing, I’ll lead the charge.
Oh hi!

I’m MERSAD

Driven by Vision & Velocity

I’m either building with my hands, breaking in a 200lb heavy bag, or hammering out strategy to a full-volume playlist. I need motion to think—and silence to win. Most of my best ideas hit after midnight.

I ♡ Crafting, Caffeine, & a Clean Shot

I like things that take precision. Pulling the perfect espresso. Capturing the right angle. Saying exactly what needs to be said—and keep saying it until you get it.
Built Not Bought

I didn’t start with a plan—just a problem worth solving and drive to build something better. I’ve always been the one people call when it’s too important to screw up. And even now, I’m still in the trenches—writing strategy at 2 a.m., shooting brand photos, and obsessing over every win. This thing is personal.

01

MARKETING STRATEGY

Turning Problems Into Plans
I spot what’s broken, build a roadmap, and lead the team to execute without dropping the ball.
02

TEAM & CULTURE

Everyone Rows The Boat
I set the rhythm and make sure we’re rowing the same direction—and with the right people.
03

CREATIVE EXECUTION

Perfect Or Start Over
If the design’s off or the message isn’t selling, I’ll fix it myself before it sees daylight.
How I work

DETAILS ARE

THE DIFFERENCE
When I’m not strategizing at the whiteboard, I’m probably woodworking in the garage for my wife, planning our next trip, or on a mission to find the best food in town—and rate it like I’m a Michelin critic. I’m wired to create, improve, and obsess over details until they’re just right. My toxic trait? Thinking I can master anything (still debating the DJ thing). But if you’re looking for someone who gives a damn about getting it right and wants to build something real—reach out. Let’s see if we should work together.
SMALL TEAM. BIG WINS.

THE CREW I RUN WITH

Running a small business isn’t easy.

It’s long days, real risk, and betting on yourself when nothing’s guaranteed.

Justin and Peyton didn’t set out with some perfect roadmap for Off the Rails—they just kept showing up, figuring it out, and building something people now come back to week after week.

That’s what we love about the clients we get to work with. Just people doing the work and growing something real.

Off the Rails is now a full experience—beer, food, and a place people actually want to hang out.

If you’re in Pocatello—skip the chains. Go be a part of something local.

A line wrapped around the building before they were even officially open.

That’s when Sidney knew the vision was working.

We sat down with Sidney Davis, co-owner of Extreme Rush, to talk about what it took to bring one of Pocatello’s most unique attractions to life.

Like a lot of small business owners, there were plenty of moments where the question was, “Is this actually going to work?”

Finding the right building. Working through financing. Taking a big risk on a big idea.

But they kept pushing.

Now, Extreme Rush is bringing indoor go-karting, laser tag, arcade games, and family fun to East Idaho—and creating the kind of place where people can make memories together.

One thing that stood out from our conversation was how much this project was built for the community. Born and raised in Pocatello, Sidney, Jason, and their team wanted to bring something here that would “wow” people and put Pocatello on the map.

And judging by the turnout, Pocatello was ready for it. 🏎️✨

Come share the experience and make some memories. ❤️

Beixy’s Kitchen started with a husband who wanted free empanadas 24/7… and two weeks later, there was a food truck in the driveway. 😂

But behind the humor is a real small-business story about planning, risk, community support, and figuring things out as you go.

Beixy says passion alone isn’t enough—you have to understand the numbers, know the risk, and be willing to learn from the right people. Along the way, other local businesses helped open doors too, including Deidra at @idahocoffeecompany , who gave them a place to start before the truck was even ready.

Then local artist Mark Daniels (@creativechameleonmd ) helped turn that truck into something bigger than a place to grab food. Its colors represent Venezuela, while the Pocatello flag represents Beixy’s other home.

At the end of the day, that’s what Beixy’s Kitchen is really about: making people feel welcome, sharing her culture through food, and creating a little sense of home wherever the truck goes. 🥹❤️

And yes… apparently being recognized as “the empanada lady” in Costco comes with the territory. 😄

If you haven’t tried Beixy’s Kitchen yet, consider this your sign to go fix that. Seriously. Her empanadas are straight up what dreams are made of.
