Project Coordination Intern

Haleigh Robison

Hype. Confident. Certified Yapper.
Meet Haleigh, Manticore’s Project Coordination Intern. She tracks active projects, keeps tasks from falling behind, and finds ways to get things done faster without making everything complicated. She teams up with Cartier on client and Manticore content and isn’t afraid to bug clients for the responses we need to stay on schedule. Around new people, she’s filtered until she figures out the vibe. Once she’s comfortable? Brutally honest, jokes included. And when she’s ranting, expect furniture flipping and a full-blown argument with herself like there’s another person in the room. At least you’ll never wonder where she stands.

In my own words

“If you're not bleeding or throwing up, you're fine. Get your sh*t together.”

— Mom
My mom’s advice pretty much sums up how I approach life: figure it out, get moving, and quit making everything a crisis. I love meeting new people and seeing what makes their businesses worth talking about. No two projects are the same, and that’s the fun part. Getting to showcase someone’s work while giving them an outlet to step outside their comfort zone? Yeah, sign me up.

Oh hi!

I’m Haleigh

Bake. Paint. Ski. Nap.

When I’m not working, I’m probably baking something, painting, reading, or skiing. I love our yearly trips together, and I finally made it to Hawaii this past summer. My mom Camille, my family, and my dog Cocoa mean everything to me. But give me a free afternoon? I’m absolutely napping.

I ♡ Dams, Amazon, & Cop Cams

Yes, DAMS. The giant concrete things holding back water. They’re freaking fascinating, and I will geek out about them without warning. I can also justify an Amazon purchase in under 15 seconds, and I fall asleep watching cop cam videos every single night. Don’t ask me to explain my algorithm.
Campus to Clients

I got into this because I wanted to be creative and actually talk to people every day. College is where I started putting that into practice. I'm a senior at Idaho State University studying Business Management and Marketing, and I'm President of Tri Sigma. My teammates come to me for content ideas, help keeping things on track, and sometimes just to yap. I'm good with all three.

01

Content Creation

Trends With Actual Purpose.
I spot trends and apply them to social media for ISU clubs, creating posts that highlight specific parts of a brand.
02

Coordination

Make the Damn List.
I manage projects, keep tabs on what needs doing, and make sure tasks get finished without dragging out the process.
03

Adaptability

Plot Twists? Keep Going.
I can handle shifting information, rewritten descriptions, and surprise deadlines without letting the whole project fall apart.

How I work

Talk It Out

Fix It Right
I’m giving 100% or I’m wasting my own time, and that’s just stupid. I treat people with respect, even when they make it difficult. If something goes wrong, I’m not hiding it. We’re talking about what happened and making sure it doesn’t become a habit. My standards for myself are ridiculously high, and I’ll probably always think I could’ve done better. I love being part of making a client’s vision real, especially for nonprofits. Helping people matters to me, and I volunteer consistently. I’m also an open book. Let me talk long enough, and you’ll get my entire life story. Let’s work together.
SMALL TEAM. BIG WINS.

THE CREW I RUN WITH

You don’t talk to a rep. You talk to the person doing the work.

Running a small business isn’t easy.

It’s long days, real risk, and betting on yourself when nothing’s guaranteed.

Justin and Peyton didn’t set out with some perfect roadmap for Off the Rails—they just kept showing up, figuring it out, and building something people now come back to week after week.

That’s what we love about the clients we get to work with. Just people doing the work and growing something real.

Off the Rails is now a full experience—beer, food, and a place people actually want to hang out.

If you’re in Pocatello—skip the chains. Go be a part of something local.

And P.S.… if you go, get the peanut butter stout. Trust us on that one. 🥜🍺

A line wrapped around the building before they were even officially open.

That’s when Sidney knew the vision was working.

We sat down with Sidney Davis, co-owner of Extreme Rush, to talk about what it took to bring one of Pocatello’s most unique attractions to life.

Like a lot of small business owners, there were plenty of moments where the question was, “Is this actually going to work?”

Finding the right building. Working through financing. Taking a big risk on a big idea.

But they kept pushing.

Now, Extreme Rush is bringing indoor go-karting, laser tag, arcade games, and family fun to East Idaho—and creating the kind of place where people can make memories together.

One thing that stood out from our conversation was how much this project was built for the community. Born and raised in Pocatello, Sidney, Jason, and their team wanted to bring something here that would “wow” people and put Pocatello on the map.

And judging by the turnout, Pocatello was ready for it. 🏎️✨

Come share the experience and make some memories. ❤️

Beixy’s Kitchen started with a husband who wanted free empanadas 24/7… and two weeks later, there was a food truck in the driveway. 😂

But behind the humor is a real small-business story about planning, risk, community support, and figuring things out as you go.

Beixy says passion alone isn’t enough—you have to understand the numbers, know the risk, and be willing to learn from the right people. Along the way, other local businesses helped open doors too, including Deidra at @idahocoffeecompany , who gave them a place to start before the truck was even ready.

Then local artist Mark Daniels (@creativechameleonmd ) helped turn that truck into something bigger than a place to grab food. Its colors represent Venezuela, while the Pocatello flag represents Beixy’s other home.

At the end of the day, that’s what Beixy’s Kitchen is really about: making people feel welcome, sharing her culture through food, and creating a little sense of home wherever the truck goes. 🥹❤️

And yes… apparently being recognized as “the empanada lady” in Costco comes with the territory. 😄

If you haven’t tried Beixy’s Kitchen yet, consider this your sign to go fix that. Seriously. Her empanadas are straight up what dreams are made of.
