Most vendors wait until the fair starts to start selling. We went early. We ran ads ahead of the event, showed off their best hot tubs, and gave people an easy way to raise their hand. What we've done

Nick’s had the booth, the hot tubs, and a short window to make it all count. We gave them a full game plan—ads that hit before the Fair, a page where people could raise their hand, and follow-ups that kept working long after the event ended.

How We Did It

1. Built a webpage for people to learn more about the promos and get in touch
2. Designed every ad, wrote every word, and made sure it worked on phones
3. Launched early ads that told locals: “Skip the crowd. Get the deal now.”
4. Ran reminder ads during the Fair so nobody missed the booth
5. Created and promoted a treasure hunt for kids so parents stuck around to shop
6. Extended the promos after the Fair (yeah, that was always the plan)—then retargeted the folks who almost bought

Why It Worked

Because we didn’t wait around for people to “stop by.” We went and got them. Early ads pulled in the planners. Live ads caught the wanderers. And the deal-extension retargeting?
